I am a compassionate counselor that utilizes mindfulness, awareness of the body, IFS therapy, and sometimes EMDR, to help you bring more perspective to old wounds, achieve a greater understanding of all the parts of you, and give an empowered voice to your authentic self. I know that beyond our personal experiences, we are also influenced by our many cultures, from our family heritage to our experience as Americans in a colonized, patriarchal society, steeped in racism, oppression, and exclusion. It's so important to me to be open to my clients' experiences in the external world as much as the internal. I'm here to connect as a fellow sensitive, deep thinker with compassion; and I will cheer you on, while also honoring space for you to feel safe.
