What if I'm too broken to actually get better?
No one is ever too broken. There is nothing wrong with you because of your suffering.
The world, our American culture, our families of origin, all shape our experiences and how we've learned to cope and make decisions for ourselves. It can be daunting. But it doesn't have to be a life sentence.
One of the ways we work towards relief is by digging deep into what is underneath the anxiety, guilt, worry, sadness, or feeling not good enough. In addition to finding ways to cope with your current challenges, we work on processing the past where it may have started from the beginning, giving you more clarity, peace, and courage in and for the present.
